At Halal Meat Spot, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality, 100% hand-slaughtered Halal meat to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.
❌ No Returns on Perishable Items
- All meat products are final sale and non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
- Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
✅ Refunds, Replacements, or Bonus Points
We may issue a refund, replacement, or bonus loyalty points if:
- You received the wrong product
- An item was missing from your order
- Your order was damaged or spoiled upon arrival
- Delivery was delayed beyond the promised window
Compensation type will be determined based on the specific issue and customer account status.
📸 Proof Required
To process a claim, please provide:
- Clear photos of the issue (including packaging and labels if possible)
- A brief explanation of the problem
- Contact made within 2 hours of delivery
🕑 Time Limit
All issues must be reported within 2 hours of receiving your delivery. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for compensation.
